How can Hypnosis help with Depression?

My advice would be to visit your GP in the first instance and discuss how you feel with them because your GP and I can work together.

There are many drugs available that may well help.

If you are taking drugs for depression there is no reason why you cannot also benefit from hypnotherapy.

Hypnosis can be a very powerful tool to assist you

I will be able to inform you at the first meeting if this is not the case. There are many different types of
depression and not all of them can be helped by using hypnosis. However if I can help you then we can work together to help to identify and change negative thoughts and feelings affecting your behaviour. Hypnosis can be a very powerful tool to assist in making a huge difference to the way you feel and the way you see things.
