Often the fear of having a panic attack is enough to bring on a panic attack!


Symptoms of a Panic Attack

Below is a list of some of the physical symptoms that you might experience during a panic attack.

  • Sweating
  • Nausea
  • Fear of dying
  • Shortness of breath
  • Palpitations
  • Wanting to escape
  • Tingling
  • Dizziness

Panic attacks are often underlying other fears and phobias.
